We are seeking candidates able to teach Greek and Latin at all levels, and courses in translation (history or literature) that showcase the role of classical studies in current debates on social and environmental justice. The ideal candidate will combine innovative teaching methods with practices that foster inclusivity in the classroom.

A complete application will include electronic versions of (1) a letter of application, (2) a curriculum vitae, (3) a research statement, and (4) a teaching statement which addresses strategies for fostering inclusivity in the classroom in general, and in the teaching of classical studies in particular.

Applicants invited for interview on Zoom will be asked to supply a writing sample of no more than 25 pages and the email addresses of three referees from whom we may obtain confidential letters of recommendation.
