The Department of Classical Studies at Boston University invites applications for a 1-year appointment (non-renewable) to the position of Visiting Assistant Professor, beginning 1 July 2024. The teaching load will be 2:2. The candidate will teach two advanced classes related to their research area in Greek literature, an introductory course in Greek civilization, and a topics course (preferably Race and Ethnicity in the Ancient World).
